This place has decent equipment and inattentive staff. When I came in for a trial day they told me I had a free day pass but later charged me $12 as they held my drivers license ransom. This gym is as shady as it gets.

Life Health & Fitness is a great gym that's spacious and has the core set of machines and some. There are times where it can be crowded but because of the size of the gym people are spread out quite nice. The hours are great, the gym is clean, and people here have gym etiquette i.e hogging 4 sets of dumbbells for your drop sets during busy hours -__- I do wish people were better at putting the dumbbells away or rack their weights because like their sign says "if you're strong enough to pick up the weights, you're strong enough to put em back" something like that. There is a guy who goes around periodically and racks everything up which is great. Great gym overall and it's definitely worth the value imo.

The management here is awful. When I was unable to use personal training sessions that I had paid for in advance I asked for a refund or credit. The current manager dragged me through an ugly email/phone exchange basically telling me PT sessions were non-refundable. Well then please ensure your staff make that abundantly clear when they continue to push sessions on members. I am now stuck fulfilling a year long membership commitment (or else I lose $100 on top of PT sessions credit). Please be aware of the way they will conceal helpful information to take your money - even to honest paying members! Unreal. Looking for new gym asap!
