I decided to get my wedding dress dry cleaned after receiving it back from alteration. And I went to this dry cleaner as I have used it in the past for other clothing items. It was just two weeks before my wedding and the timing was tight. Jose tried calling several places to ensure he finds his contact who will take care of my dress on time - and actually it came one day before it was originally planned!! The wedding was amazing and people gave me compliments about the dress too. Very grateful for reliable and thoughtful customer service experience.

*Update* Owner contacted me and resolved the situation to my satisfaction.
These cleaners damaged my shirts. Owner has not contacted me to resolve the situation.

Owner said he could only get rid of the blood stains the stains are still there
Despite the fact that he said it would need more time to get rid of. I come back and there are still stains and he said Id have to pay more in order for the stains to come off.
I go home and clean the blood stain myself and it comes off immediately.
10/10 would not recommend.
