They lost my clothes.

Never go to this place, they almost lost my favorite jacket, they were just making excuses and making me go there every day for nothing, they didnt even apologized. They gave me my jacket and was still dirty with hairs of my cat and smelling at juice I spilled on it before I brought it, they didnt even cleaned it and charged me the money. Dont trust your clothes on this place.

I wish I had read the many negative reviews for this business before entrusting them with two important garments that I needed for my wedding. All of the reviews are true. The folks working the front desk are not to blame here, as its obvious that the owner keeps them in the dark, lies to them, and likely encourages them to lie to customers. Only by returning to the store six separate times over the course of a week was I able to get one of my garments back, a dress shirt I needed pressed that I was assured would be dealt with in 48 hours. The other garment, a corduroy sport coat on which I needed a simple alteration of the sleeves, was handed back to me five days late, without any of the work done and obviously mistreated as it is now significantly wrinkled. I now have to scramble to find something else to wear to my rehearsal dinner on Thursday. Prestige is unreliable, dishonest, and if you entrust them with anything halfway important you WILL get screwed over. An absolute disgrace. Service: Clothes pressing
