        Cleanest laundromat in Long Island city. Staff is always on site and very helpful if I ever need anything. Owner is very friendly and maintenance the machines himself. 5 stars

        Machines do not work at all. Today I went around six and I came back to my machine and only for all my clothes to be not drained properly and for the clothes to have A LOT of water in them. I thought it was weird cuz it never happened to me when I went to E.T. Laundromat. (Where I usually go) I just thought I could come here cuz it was closer only to feel scammed cuz when all my clothes were alarmingly with so much water that it could not dry properly two rounds of drying and it would just not dry at all. So I left because I did not know what to do and I left with my clothes wet and with too much water in them and I felt like I wasted 10 dollars JUST trying to wash a little portion of my clothes and blankets that I needed for this cold snowy day. I wouldnt go here.

      Hey there, very sorry for your negative experience. An attendant is always available to for solutions with problems like these. Was a staff member notified? We would have gladly reimbursed you or switched you over to a different machine until that one is fixed. Once again, sorry for your negative experience.
