Major Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I was happy with the service of Alejandro who was able to get my car done faster than expected 5 stars for him. however what I am unhappy with the follow up measures. I was called by two separate people informing me that I would be sent survey info but I was not. I called the dodge dealership to inquire about it and the only solution they could give me is call corporate. I am now having to go out of my way to write this, the only reason I am actually doing so is because Alejandro deserved the recognition. But having to do this has only made me annoyed with the company because if they are going to make surveys a big deal for the employees and then say they will send it but then fail to do so, it is quite annoying

Ive been trying to buy a jeep srt all day. Over 20 calls and over 1 hour on the phone and i STILL have not been allowed to talk to someone who can take my deposit. Absolutely ridiculous i dont know how they are in business if they cannot accommodate a sale over the phone.

Receptionist wont acknowledge you. Salesman is rude and condescending. Im and out in 5 minutes. At least I didnt waste too much time lol. Vehicles are filthy as well
