Tbh isn’t worth it travel to Connecticut if you want a car you have to pay all their fees. I racked up 3.5k in fees. You don’t have to pay for a certified dealer. And to be a certified dealer the car must be inspected all the dents removed and the car not to be painted while parts are on. My front bumper was painted while on the car and found over spray on the head lights. All the fees aren’t worth it. carvana is a better option

Don’t be fooled! The asking price was literally $10,000 more in person. They do not accept cash offers and the prices online are for financing. Very sketchy business, I knew something was up when they refused to talk terms over the phone. Waste of an Uber ride.

Made an appointment to test drive a car on Sunday at 1:00pm. We specifically said we wanted to test drive. We told them the two we wanted to try and asked about pricing. When asked if we would be financing with them or paying in cash, we said we were providing our own financing. He said the price was going to be several thousand dollars more if we weren’t financing with them (outside of the typical sales tax, title, etc). We said we’d still like to test drive, and they said we couldn’t test drive on Sundays bc they didn’t have plates and there was only one sales person. We asked why they didn’t tell us before we made the trek out to Queens, and they said we could at least start the paper work for the car. But we didn’t have a car that we knew we wanted to purchase bc we couldn’t test drive. At least it’s a nice day outside.
