I couldn't have even toured an apartment if I wanted to! Nobody got back to me about viewing the available unit, they're closed on Mondays (??) and all the bad reviews about management seem to be true before even stepping into the building! Major red flags with this place. Guess they won't rent out the unit if nobody gets back to interested clients...

Other reviews complaining about management are telling the truth. The management is impossible to communicate with once you have signed your lease. Also TV on the roof that is advertised does not work and there are no plans to have it fixed. Also the "Rooftop Rules" are very strict and ridiculous. Only good thing I have to say is the doormen are all great.

Their site needs to be transparent about availability and prices. Stop wasting peoples time.

Doormen, porters, handyman, and other building staff are top notch and very friendly. No issues with packages or getting something fixed in apartment. However, leasing office/mgmt was a nightmare - after moving out, despite getting the sign off and walk through with the handyman, leasing/mgmt office made up some bogus reason that we damaged an appliance to keep almost all of the security deposit. Despite the appliance working and having no issues, and no way would any actual repair be worth the amount they docked. Very scummy and beware!!
