This residence is pleasant, peaceful, luxurious and accommodating. The staff are friendly, greeting me with smiles and professionalism on a daily basis. I enjoy the amenities. my spacious modern apartment is loaded with top quality appliances. Its a pleasure to wake up in this environment. I am happy to reside here for many years to come. I have nothing but good things to say about 5203. The move in process was extremely smooth and stress-free due to Nikita and wonderful leasing department. She responded to all my questions and was very accommodating. I can say this building is beautiful and all the staff here is so kind. I will not be moving any time soon.

My experience with this building has been nothing but great. NIttika was great fron beginning to end with helping me with the process and answering all my questions. She the real life super woman. I'm so happy to be in a place where staff is wonderful and professional..

I have been living here for 9 months now and I still cant believe I live here!!! My apartment unit has everything I need. Great staff!! I feel very comfortable living here, location is great close to the train. Special thanks to Nikita who made sure I had all the info I needed & really made me feel comfortable to go through with the entire process. From start to finish she has been extremely cordial, responsive, and helped answer any and all questions I had about the overall process & the apartment.
