Came home to the oil boiler not firing on 2/1/23. Called Ben Oil at 10:05pm, Artie showed up in my driveway at 10:29pm. Quickly he diagnosed the issue, fixed the problem and we were back in business. Phenomenal customer service! Thank you for being a local business that still cares! Nice to know there is still a family owned and operated local business that cares about the locals! Highly recommend!

02/01/2023- cold night.  Boiler was not turning on after I hit the reset.  I left a voicemail at 10:05pm and Artie showed up in my driveway at 10:29pm. He came in,  diagnosed the issue,  found a clog in the line.  Cleared the line and got the boiler fired up.  Unbelievable service!

Just skip this company. Overpriced, will charge you literally when nothing done. On top lady on the phone is simply rude. Waste of your time and money.

I've been a customer with a contract with Ben Oil since we purchased our home in 2015.  Their service has always been fantastic! Service calls they come same day (no matter the time), oil deliveries always next day.  Even if office is closed and i leave a voicemail, response time is quick and very reasonable.  Always courteous, professional, friendly staff whether calling to schedule a delivery/make payment or the service techs.  Always a good experience!
