        Avoid Kingston NY Verizon store at all cost! Do what you have to. Go to another location if you must use Verizon. The sales people are rude and not very helpful. I have been to other Verizon location and have not experienced this. Please visit another Verizon store. Say away from the Kingston NY location.

        I never usually leave any reviews on anything but I had to share the experience I had today. Long story short, I had trouble purchasing my new iPhone because I was locked into a deal at another location and couldnt cancel it. James went ABOVE and beyond to help me! He was on the phone with a Verizon representative the entire time of my visit helping me answer any questions I had. He helped me get a new phone and even advocated for me to look into refunds on other fees. James is a fantastic employee. I wouldnt recommend anyone else to see while you go to this location!
