ServiceMaster Restoration by Viking "They are fantastic! We had some water lines break in our summer home which created quite a mess! Their crew was fantastic! They were prompt and professional. I really appreciate their cooperation and communication with us . It was a disaster and stressful, but Craigs knowledge and expertise was very helpful . He informed us what needed to be done and did it in a timely manner. I'm not good at words but WOW. If or when a disaster happens these are the workers you want and can trust. 4 weeks ago we had a pipe break in our home and the result was a flooded home. I have been working with Craig and Kate at Service Master Jamestown N.Y. to restore our home to the condition it was before the flood. Working with Craig and Kate has been very easy. They understand the stress a home owner goes through during a home flood. Communication with them has been A+ always getting back to us and answering our questions. I trust with the pictures and conversation we are having that once the work is done my family will be happy once again in our home. Came to access damage from a small fire - waited two days and called to see when the work would be done, got answering service, left number and message - no response. Called the next day, got answering service and left same message - no response. It will be a week tomorrow, how long does one wait for fire clean up?! Very, very unprofessional!
