        Our basement recently flooded due to a backup in the Village main line and Servpro came out right away and began the cleanup process. It was devastating for us as our entire household contents were in the basement and we lost many sentimental and irreplaceable items, as well as numerous household items. However, Alexis and her crew were very thorough, efficient, helpful and sympathetic which made the situation far easier to deal with. We highly recommend them.
