I highly recommend Five Star! This Company is owned by a wonderful man who is miles and miles above the competitive companies. Finding Darryl and Five Star was a tremendous relief. I trust them with all of our cesspool needs and know that Darryl truly cares about each and every customer. He can diagnose every issue and doesn’t leave until any worries and concerns are addressed. You will never look back except to say why didn’t I find them sooner.

Prompt, excellent service to pump out our cesspool. Called ahead of arrival, and gave good advice. Price $450 was reasonable for 2,000 gallon pump out, aeration and acid treatment. Would recommend.

I could not be more pleased with the service we received after moving into a new home and realizing the septic tank and overflow needed pumping. Darryl was honest, patient, and kind - he answered all my questions, taught me how to properly maintain the tank to prevent further issues, and helped me to estimate when my next pumping was due based on the size of my tank. We will be returning customers for sure!

Darryl and his partner were great!! They came to my house early , were very honest with the quote they gave me and worked very hard to find my cesspool and everything is working fine. Would definitely recommend.
