My husband and I needed the pipe that connects our home to the town sewer line replaced. Other companies told us they would need to rip up the sidewalk, street, and our walkway which would have cost us thousands in additional work. Antorino & Sons came out, scoped the pipe, showed my husband and I the exact issue and explained the process clearly to us. As they were so detailed they determined no work was needed into the sidewalk or street, which was reassuring. They showed up on time, showed me as they were working what the issues were, didnt rip up my walkway, carefully moved my plants and replanted them, and placed an access point to the pipe in our lawn for any future need. As a younger looking homeowner I feel sometimes companies think I have no idea what Im doing and just throw numbers and work at me. That was not the case here, which I appreciated. Im very happy with the way they left the job and with the professionalism overall.

They came and emptied the cesspool, our cesspool needs to be emptied mostly once a year. After they came and did whatever they did, 1 and a half months later it's full again, and they refused to come back. Now our cesspool backed up into our apartment bathroom and have had sewage in the tub and toilet for almost a week waiting on someone to come and fix the problem. I would suggest going with a company that has better customer service and better professionals. It's much better than suffering for a week in literal poop.

called one of the owners (the aunt) after my wife called me at work to tell me that our slop sink in laundry room was clogged. aunt antorino was courteous, respectful, and genuinely concerned with our matter. she appointed technician bob to come over to our residence in less than an hour. my wife mentioned that bob was a complete professional and took care of our issue immediately and at a fair price. we are truly grateful for your help!
