        Old lady Katherine took our order. She had a strong Spainish accent and started yelling because we didnt understand. It's ok to have an accent but to get angry about it is another thing. She was rude. Other staff members were nice. She just need to be taught customer service skills from her younger colleagues.

        Generally we love white castle. But at a particular location when we ordered our food we were asked tohold on so that the peraon could take an order from a person who drove up to the window. We waited and waited and 15 minutes passed by. We decided to leave. That car should have been told to go through the drive through.
