As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Upon receiving my order, I found the presentation lacking, with the food appearing hastily assembled. The burger lacked the advertised toppings, and the fries were limp and lukewarm. The overall quality of the ingredients seemed subpar, with the burger patty lacking flavor and moisture.
Despite the disappointment with the main course, the redeeming factor was the milkshake, which was thick, creamy, and packed with flavor. It provided a much-needed reprieve from the lackluster meal.
The ambiance of the restaurant was typical of a fast-food chain, with minimal decor and a bustling atmosphere. While the staff were courteous, they seemed overwhelmed by the number of orders, leading to delays and confusion.
Overall, my experience at Checkers was mediocre at best. While the milkshake stood out as a highlight, the lack of attention to detail and the mediocre quality of the main course left much to be desired.
