        Friendly people, nice environment. We got annual survey for our car two weeks ago at the Friestone, in the meantime, they fixed a loose rubber window seal, but they didn't even mention it. That's nice.

        people seem nice but they lack of knowledge of what they are doing. The guy operating Hunter machine doesn't even speak English. He did totally wrong alignment job. When I asked the front desk guy (Frank?) if he took Hunter training which teaches how to operate alignment machine he said he never heard of that...don't go this place, period.
