        I visited on 10/15 and was charged twice for the same service. I've called two times since and no one has contacted me to issue a refund (or at all with any updates). The website has a "contact us" portal to which I've also communicated the issue twice with no results. Be weary of the lack of customer service-it should not take almost three weeks to issue a refund for an overcharge. Service: Haircut

        Walked out feeling really great, I had a wedding to attend this past weekend and The Manager, Mindy, did a fantastic job on cutting and showing me different gelled back styles on my hair. Definitely will be having Mindy do my hair from here on out!
