Don't bother with online check in if it over an hour wait. I checked in online with a 73 minute wait. When I got there I was told it automatically boots you after one hour and I would have to wait another 45 minutes. No reply to company emails either.

My father went there today (08/10) for his scheduled appointment. He got there 5-10 minutes before his appointment, he sat down and the lady called his name for him to go to her chair & while my dad was getting up some lady walked in and went to sign in(& who I assume is the manager said) “why don’t you take her first?” And the hairdresser said “he had an appointment schedule already” so the tall blonde lady then said “well you should take her first” so then my dad got upset and left because apparently making appointments there don’t matter and he’s been going there for some time too. I’m not understanding why if you make an appointment, a walk in gets serviced first when my dad was already called to go to the chair. He will be taking his services elsewhere from now on.
