My mom and I went a few weeks ago to see if we could exchange some of our Christmas gifts. I misunderstood the exchange policy, however the person who was attending us, Nia was very kind and patient with us and she was able to offer us a solution that would benefit us. It was the best customer service experience that Ive ever had and it really made our day. She deserves a big thank you and a big pay raise!
