Spent about 15 minutes in the store this afternoon waiting to be attended. The employee working was alone, but was in the middle of helping a customer who was checking out at the register. After about 5 minutes of me looking around, she called out from across the room the prices of the items I was standing by. I asked her to reiterate something she said and she was seemingly frustrated that I didnt know the difference between the different creams available for purchase. She continued chatting with the gentleman. I picked the products I wanted and walked up to the register, ready to be checked out. At this point, Ive been in the store for about 10-12 minutes. The employee seemed to have no sense of urgency. She continued chatting with the man about his wife, the recent holiday, all while ever so slowly folding tissue papers, a gift box, and tissue paper roses. She was cutting ribbons, she was curling them, she was showing him products other than what he was already purchasing, she was even flirting. Finally I decided I was sick of waiting for her to wrap up with the first customer that I decided to leave. I set the products down and called out that Id try coming back later when she wasnt busy. She seemed eager to no longer have to attend to me and rudely yelled back okay! I left without the 4 products I wanted to purchase, came back about 20 minutes later and she was STILL attending to that same gentleman. At that point I decided to shop somewhere else. Wont be visiting this location again.

I normally look forward to finishing up my holiday shopping at my favorite store. This year I was taken aback by the terrible service I received at this location by Joycie. The experience was incredibly rushed, felt like she was yelling at me to choose which scents I was getting for certain sets and insisting on bigger bottles so I could reach a gift with purchase threshold (which I was already planning on surpassing). Seems like this is just her way of working as I saw her doing this with a few other clients. I was even more shocked when I found out she is the manager of this store. I will be returning my purchase once the holidays are over & wont be coming back to this location after the treatment I received.

I went in today to check out the latest scents and was treated like royalty by Ashley. She was totally helpful, professional and friendly. The store was immaculate and the shelves were perfectly stocked.

Shaunice (not sure of the spelling) and joyce are the greatest! I came in because I didnt love the way my online order was packaged for a gift (was better last time) and they completely redid it and really added a WOW factor with multiple boxes and whatnot that is going to blow the recipient away. They hooked me up with free samples too. Their customer service is unmatched. Very impressed, will definitely return!
