We had a house fire. They didn’t follow through with times for quotes. Requested 4 times for a quote. After one month they said they were gonna give it to another contractor.
For demo down to studs, they charged us $25,000. $10,000 worth of the work wasn’t done but charged us anyway because we were going to possibly have to tear it down. They charged us for these things after they thought our house was demolished. I’m still fighting with them 3-4 months after getting the bill.
They also damaged multiple parts of our property and won’t respond to us. Left broken glass all over.
They hired a subcontractor to do the work and charge double to make their money.
