My landlord forced me to use this company for a simple plaster/paint repair. DBD made me wait 3 weeks till they could get someone to my apt. The woman who made the appt, Monica, was very nice. On the day of the appt, after I had dismantled the apt, no one showed up or called me. I called them; it turns out the painter just didn't come into work that day. Furious, I asked to speak to Monica's mgr, Liz. She was a total witch, yelled at me, and told me it was not her problem or her job (!!!) that no one showed up. I am still waiting for them to reschedule. I can't believe I have to do business w this horrific company. AVOID them--customer service is important; Liz clearly doesn't care, and that means the company doesn't either. They are clearly overwhelmed and poorly staffed. Service: Interior decorating
