Horrible service and extremely unprofessional. Took an extremely long time for someone to help me out, once my car was brought out to me I noticed a large visible scratch on the rear bumper which was not there when I dropped the car off. When I pointed it out instead of trying to help me they proceed to argue and yell at me. Stay far away

This garage is terribly managed. I live in the building this garage is located in and have heard many horror stories from other residents. I’ve personally spoken to 5 of my neighbors who have had their cars damaged by employees of ACP (they have all moved to the outdoor lot across the street). The damage has ranged from scratches to vehicles actually falling off the car lifts they have installed below ground. The garage manager also refuses to pay for the damage caused to the cars. I have parked here myself a few times and you should expect to wait at least 30 mins to get your car during busy hours. Parker’s beware! There are many other lots in the immediate vicinity.

I know how well I maintain my car. Therefore I know when there are any scratches on it. IF ANY. Which there wasn’t. You guys scratched my car & an OBVIOUS one at that. Refused to acknowledge your mistake. AND THEN ACTED UNPROFESSIONALLY ABOUT IT. I would stay away. They literally don’t care about what happens to your car.
