        0 starts - no attendant - if you pre-pay (which is $10 more than rate if you just show up) your QR code will not scan on exit and it will take you 15 mins on the "help line" to finally be released from this lot. thats after you wait behind 5 other cars doing the exact same thing. most of the place has hanging reserved signs so be prepared for one of the worst parking experiences ever
