Sorry this gym has closed down !! If you want a neighbor gym a lot of us members from Metro Gym are checking out Powerhouse Gym on Francis Lewis Blvd . They have a great deal going on ! Also has two levels and great classes..

One or two of the staff members are ok, the rest know nothing of costumer service. Over heard the manager with glasses gossiping about members, very unprofessional and making discriminatory comments towards the non koreans, going as far as to resolving matters in a very biased manner against non asians. Place is falling apart and I would dare say that the environment is dangerous and with no proper childcare section, where you see little children running around making the place a dangerous romper room. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Oh and the place is closed down for not paying rent, and they even set up a farce email to submit a request for refund...what a joke, they couldnt even pay the rent and now they are giving people the false hope of a refund, extremely unethical manager

There are really no other gyms around the area for those who don't drive. The gym is in a great location the the staff are very polite. I been with this gym for 2 years now and if I stay around the area, I would definitely join again. Equipment are always clean and available. If your looking for a trainer, I'm sure you can just ask around or get one for yourself. Its very convenient if you ask me.
