The customer service over the phone was terrible. When I called to ask about the oil change and couldn't provide the year of the car model, he rudely told me not to waste his time.

Of the many shops Ive visited in the boroughs and Long Island, this one is #1. Jay is honest, reliable, timely, fair, personable, and trustworthy. What more could you ask for in a mechanic, or anyone? Nothing. It just doesnt get any better than Jay and Forest Hills Service Station. In my first visit to the shop, Jay saved me thousands of dollars. He gave me helpful guidance in pushing back on the certification of a car I bought from a shady dealership (Lexus of Manhattan). Be a good customer, be kind to Jay and he will return the favor every time. And remember to make an appointment ahead of time!

When I had car, this place was my go-to. Used to go for my inspection. My old car wouldnt usually pass. But the minor repairs to make it pass were reasonable. There was no upsell. I just paid a fair price for what needed to be done.
