    I do not recommend it. I went to my car two weeks ago with a key problem. It got stuck when turning on. Mr. Sergio Jimenez assisted me. I left him on a Friday morning and a week had passed. I had been renting a car all week and I told him if it's not ready, I'll take it and bring it to him when I have the part ready. He told me to take it on a trip from Newark, NJ by train. When we got there, the car no longer started, Mr. Jimenes did not appear, I told them why they didn't tell me to stop. Since no one came, no one was able to give me a reason. The other party, Mr. Jimenez, told me that we had to change the complete cylinder that came with a complete set. 3 cylinder for the glove box door and to start the car. Two original keys also came. He told me the cost was $1,226 more. $37 inspection. I agreed when the car was finally ready he gave me the bill for $1850. I told him that was not the price he told me, he became defensive and told me that I would show him that he had given me another price. And I had it on the phone but I told him that he will charge me whatever he thinks is right. In the end he charged me about $1591, the price was still exaggerated. After we had agreed, he handed me the car and gave me only one key. He got the other key, not that there is only one, but that was not what he told me. At first, I told him to leave it like that, I didn't want to have any more headaches. Then the customer satisfaction department called me, I told them the problem and they told me that someone was going to contact me right away, but no one did.

    Changing my review after a second interaction: they indeed got confused regarding my warranty but then the manager was kind enough to admit the mistake and explain the details of it. They also replaced the key battery. Regarding the car wash, they gave us a voucher. In other words, they made a few mistakes but tried to fix them, so Im giving 4 stars now.
