Went to Dr. Munzer earlier in the year for an ear infection. He prescribed antibiotics which I took, however, when I complained that I still couldn't hear out of my ear, basically had me get a cat-scan which came back negative. Then pretty much insinuated it must be subjective. I then went to their office in White Plains to Dr. Eismann. Dr. Eismann then used an instrument to look inside my ear and found fluid build-up. In fact, by the time he went in (punctured the ear to drain it), the fluid had solidified to an almost syrupy-thick substance; if I hadn't showed up at that time (after months at the Fishkill office with no results), the fluid could have solidified and permanently resulted in hearing loss. So either he didn't have the additional scoping equipment or didn't care, but either way, I'm done with the Fishkill office.
