I called and asked if they took my insurance and they said they did. My insurance did not cover my office visit. They send me a ridiculous bill for doing nothing except a hearing test and telling me they really can’t help me.

The staff at the front desk were warm and welcoming. The audiologist was awesome and the doctor was the best ENT specialist I have seen since I was 16 years old. He actually explained what he thought may be wrong but before making a final decision further tests were required. I highly recommend ENT and Allergy in Fishkill.

Good doctor, took his time and explained everything to me and did not unnecessarily prescribe medicine. Nice to have a doctor that listens.

Was here last year and happy with the service overall. I made an appointment which was for today to see the doctor and audiologist. I requested the Fishkill office. I received a confirmation call over the weekend I showed up for my appointment The first receptionist said she would be with me in a minute. After five minutes she called someone back up tp the desk. The receptionist in the middle asked if I needed help. I said I was checking in and she referred me to a 3rd receptionist. I was told I didnt have an appointment. Then she looked it up and told me I had an appointment with the doctor in New Windsor but with the Audiologist in Fishkill. I told her that I made both appointments in Fishkill. She said the doctor is not in Fishkill on Tuesdays. She said it was noted that someone tried to call me to reschedule but that I was unavailable. I am sure she was trying to be helpful but then she asked if I could come back tomorrow, when the doctor was in the office. Asking that was like adding insult to injury. I called their customer service # that I got from their website and was informed I was scheduled for the doctor in New Windsor at 2 and the audiologist in Fishkill at 2:10. I took time off from work for these appointments and have been experiencing discomfort. This is totally unacceptable.
