      image My children have been made to constantly switch drs bc theirs are constantly leaving the practice as well as now, i get a letter from my insurance that they are no longer accepting fidelis so they got switched to a marathon dr. They have been going down hill for years

      image Honestly , it was enough when I had to play a run around game with them because my child has been sick continuously, and they wanna only test for coronavirus, then when I call for a follow up because I had enough and took my child to er , I got hung up on once recalled talked and Connie is usually very nice but she hung up on me.. and didn't even finish the conversation. I get it early & you guys are busy but customer servic isn't just in fast food.... It's y'all too.

      image Everytime my daughter is sick and needs an appointment they tell me they can't accommodate. Not a very compassionate place. Plus, all their visits are short and they don't do anything. Taking my daughter to Buttermilk Falls going forward.

      image The provider Megan is excellent and truly cares about her job. There is another new provider who has been excellent. It is just hard to get appointments sometimes.
