Marty Gordon was the sellers agent, my agent brought us into this house, everything was dry and they said that no water was ever in there and no seepage or anything and the back wall of the foundation was painted and parged all nice. Close on the house and we have water every time it has rained since inside the basement, they uninstalled the sump pump for some reason, but we also get water in the garage from 2 sides of the garage. This is unprofessional and unethical behavior. This was for sure hidden from us. Had I known of these issues I would have never went through with buying this property, now I have to deal with this. I've looked into getting these issues fixed, I'm up to $15,000 dollars already and it's not everything.

Marty Gordon is the most irresponsible and unethical agent I have ever worked with. We are out of state investors who had rusted and worked with him in acquiring multifamily properties in Utica area. He lied to us about the conditions of his listings to get us to buy it. On another property, he threatened to terminate the relationship in the middle of a inspection contingency. I would practice extreme caution in working with an agent who has his own best interest before your own.
