Kate Despins is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me go from an unsafe situation to having a home for myself and my 3 boys. She not only listened to the situation but was supportive and optimistic, giving me hope when I was feeling hopeless. We looked at several places, some last minute until we found one that felt like home. Then she did everything she could to make sure things went quickly and smoothly. She even helped me to get furniture, apliances and bedding for when we moved in. She made the seemingly impossible and unknown reachable and safe. She rekindled my courage and determination. We are happy, healthy and safe now and we are still in love with our home!!! She was an absolute blessing!!

There really are no words for how I feel. Kate Despins is amazing! I sent my Dad to her because other realtors have let him down. I heard great things about her from previous clients. Nervous and hesitant because Ive never worked with her personally but knowing other clients were raving about her, I put my trust in her. She found a house for him in a short time and closing wasnt long after. She always was responsive and her customer service was superb! I am so happy that we found Kate and she helped my Dad find the perfect home!
