The job is actually awesome, the Home Depot employees are great, it’s the district managers that are problem. They tell you in writing that your doing good and there’s nothing negative, but less than 24 hours yells and reprimands you for not doing a good job. The district manager can not handle her job, and that known throughout the Home Depot store, other vendors, and past employees. She brings personal matters in. I was told she had a long hard day and basically took it out on me. I was a new employee and NO training at all and was expected to perform the job the way employees who have been with the company longer. Kathy tells you one thing, you do it, and then she’s mad because that’s not what she wanted. I worked 51 hours and was told in person I did not accomplish anything, but through a text message was told something completely different.
