Order our lawn mower and a plow for the mower in April. We received the mower in May but never received the weights, chains, or the plow. We been making payments on items they never gave us. They finally told us to pick up those items after we called many times. When we tried to pick it up, they said they don't have the items. Highly suggest looking elsewhere for your John Deere products.

Poor customer service, outrageously over priced. We ordered 36 Tiller Blades for our John Deere machine- when we went to pick up the order- it as $1205.28, found it at online for $293.40. We canceled the order and asked for a refund. The attitude of the sales person was of indifference. We won' t be back- Strongly suggest potential customers to check prices elsewhere before ordering with United Ag & Turf

Long time customer here , after Lacorte sold to chief all down hill since , love the Deere`s but the product support has to follow and that left with Lacorte Unfortunetly
