I wish I could give a negative zero rating that's how bad this insurance is they don't cover ditty squat! Even in an event of an emergency I was out of town with a serious tooth ache I called them to explain to them the situation and to get a listing of dentist in that state that was in their network and after being on the phone back and forth they say that the dentist could do what's needed to help the pain but not fix the problem.....but to fix the pain meant to give me an emergency root canal...this wasn't covered to make a long story short the only thing they would cover was consultation and x-rays....It doesn't make sense because they were willing to cover the root canal just not while I was in Florida so meanwhile I just suffered during my entire vacation with a toothache...thanks for nothing dentaquest/fedlis....terrible terrible look into your coverage before committing trust u do not ever want to be in need of a service and refused
