Very bad customer service,after along waiting over the phone,finally she answered the phone and then put me on hold for two hours and disconnected the phone.

They said they are closed when their hours are 8-6pm EASTERN TIME monday-FRIDAY. Right now as im typing this its 12:30pm on a FRIDAY. You only get to speak to an automated message and cant talk to an actual person.

Completely abominable. Only when I get a job and get on new insurance do they start denying claims from 10 months - over a year ago. Never available for assistance. Their care plan coordinators were constantly quitting. Working in healthcare now Molina is notoriously not well received from what I see. And I can understand why after my experience!

Molina would not give me prior authorization for my two medications i really needed! they blamed the doctor for not sending it over when they clearly did. Theyre lazy and wont do their job! Instead all i got was a nothing we can do lmao welltheyre resposible for clearing the authroizations so that makes no sense. i shouldnt have to call 12 times. This insurance is horrible. its a good thing i didnt die yet from not getting them
