I love creations! They have great products (my favorites are the bath and body products), and you can really see the creativity and effort in many of the products.

After ordering a product at a recent craft show I was told to pick it up at lunch time on Monday. I went in around noon and it wasnt there. The woman in the store, who I believe is the owner but I can not confirm that, because she never told my sister and I who she was, proceeded to call the woman who was making it. After telling us that it wouldnt be there till after 3, she basically dismissed us and was just looking down at her phone. Didnt offer any apologies, she said that the crafter has a real job and is leaving on Wednesday morning to go somewhere for Thanksgiving. A miscommunication on time happens and while annoying isnt what made me write this review. It was the rudeness and completely uncaring response of the woman in the store that is what made me upset. She couldnt have cared less and after I let her know I was unhappy, she decided to raise her voice at me. She was completely unprofessional. I will never go back in there again.
