        I took the time to place an order online and then called to confirm my order. They absolutely refused to deliver my order without the recipients phone number as a means to contact them before the delivery. The order was to be a surprise and thus, calling the recipient ahead of time would have obviously ruined the surprise. I offered my own phone number to call to verify as to when the recipient would be home to complete the delivery, to which they had no viable response as to why that would not suffice, and promptly said they were cancelling my order and immediately hung up. Horrible, unprofessional and ridiculous treatment to a paying customer. Take your business elsewhere

        Wonderful customer service. My dad received an arrangement while in the hospital, 2 day later the flowers were wilted and dying. We called and spoke to Ken, sent him pictures of the wilted flowers. The next morning my dad received the most beautiful bouquet. I highly recommend North Park Florist, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. Thank you Ken.

        Flowers looked half dead, Can't believe the amount of money I spent on them. Sad to see how bad this place has gotten, will NOT be returning to here ever again.

        Flowers were beautiful and ordering them and having them delivered was super easy. The driver also made sure to let me know when he dropped them off so they wouldn't stay outside too long (recipient didn't answer the door). Cant ask for much more when it comes to getting flowers delivered

        I ordered a half dozen roses for my daughter on Valentine's Day, and she loved them! I got a beautiful planter for my father on Father's Day. Dad was pleasantly surprised! Mom loved them too! (They are flourishing since June. Mom has quite the green thumb!) In both instances, when I ordered, great care was taken with helpful suggestions to make each delivery a personal and special one. I will order from them again, and they are great!

      Sean, I am so sorry about this. The person you spoke to did not explain our policy for contacting the recipient properly. We do attempt to deliver the floral gift first, but if no one is home or does not answer the door. We then have to contact the recipient. This ensures that the flowers are not exposed to freezing cold or extreme heat. Also, when we have multiple deliveries this ensures that everyone's delivery is made in a timely manner. We generally will text the recipient as people do not answer the phone sometimes because they do not recognize our phone number. Since it was during Valentine's Week, it is also vital for our employees to collect the recipient's number.We apologize once again for the inconvenience. Please call the shop and ask for Julie, the owner so we can take care of this for you.
