This business has terrible ethics. I placed an order for a necklace and when it came in, the necklace was incorrect. The owner told me that I would be receiving a check in the mail as my refund. What I got in the mail instead was a gift certificate and a very poorly written letter stating that their refund policy states no cash/check refunds will be given. Is this business really so hard-up that they can't refund a $33 "purchase"? Why would I accept something that wasn't what I ordered? I have since been involved with the BBB in hopes of receiving my money back but until this happens I think it's important for consumers to know not to spend their hard earned money here. There are too many other great boutiques in Buffalo that deserve our business.
