Just had an estimate done by Adrienne. I have some water seeping into my basement in a few areas and some issues gave me concerns. She provided some honest feedback and explained in detail the options I have to stop the seeping water. Some companies could come in and say my only options would be digging down to my foundation and could cost thousands of dollars. She explained that the issues I am having could very possibly be fixed by getting my gutters repaired and reseal between my house and the driveway. If the problems persist then I may have a need for a more costly repair. I could not be more appreciative for the honest feedback. I feel like most companies would sell you on a major repair for what turns out to be a minor problem. As a new homeowner, Young waterproofing will be my first call as long as they are around. This is the second major job we've had done by Young in the past 20 years. They are just as professional today as they were then. Accessible, on time, polite, CLEAN, and most important-excellent work! Very pleased with their service-no need to look elsewhere.

We were so pleased with the team that corrected an issue with mud that got into the tiles in our basement, causing water to come up from the floor after raining. After a good assessment of our basement and yard, we quickly received an estimate. We were especially pleased with the team being able to come two days earlier then planned, when they had an unexpected cancellation! For such a messy job, they kept our house very clean by having huge rolls of a taping material to lay down over the floors, stairs and upstairs tile in the entryway. Thank you so much !
