Erick, Was VERY Professional Great customer service, Even though I came in an emergency with a short timeframe the job was done in 3 1/2 week even though he told me four weeks, he took my half bathroom and made it in to a master bathroom. I Really want to Say THANKS TO Justin who spend long hours working and answering all of my Questions in the mist of him doing my construction, I also want to thank Isabel for each time I called she answered all my questions and sent me in the right direction. We worked with Erik and his team on our bathroom remodel. They were responsive and professional every step of the way, from helping us make design decisions to providing advice about where to purchase materials. We very much enjoyed working with the team and are pleased with the final product!

After having dealt with a contractor that tore out our bathroom and left it that way for almost a year, Erik and his crew were our personal saviors. His workers were ontime every day, worked hard, and we were delighted with the end result. Erik came by almost every day that they were working to give his expert advice on the proper way to proceed and to make sure everything went smoothily. Straight shooters all the way, you could not ask for a more reasonable, down to Earth, and hardworking bunch of people. My only regret is not calling Artisan Tile & Stone a year ago, but my bathroom is beautiful. The only downside is that now I want them to make the rest of my house as gorgeous as they made my bathroom. We wil DEFINITELY be using them again. we hired them to do our backsplash and I was excited after first day when we saw tile up. pattern looked great. the grout was sloppy and end product had two areas falling off with an attempt to hold it up with outlet cover and caulk I had to spend the evening and next day fixing it after buying more supplies
