Horrible experience. Ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day, 2017. When they hadn't arrived by 1pm, I called and was told that they were "on the way." They were never delivered. Buyer beware.

Terrible!!!! A group from my office sent flowers to a co worker in the hospital who had just been diagnosed with Cancer filled by bouquets & blooms. $75 for a 5 inch tall teddy bear, 2 small sunflowers and babies breath. Nothing like the DELUXE bouquet we ordered. Never again will i use this florist. Totally cheated.

Wonderful shop! The only place that I will go for flowers for 20+ years. Family business with a commitment to the neighborhood. Beautiful flowers from great people. I would highly recommend them.

Uncertain how this place can get bad reviews....Great professional service and Awesome floral artwork. We have noticed that the flowers last much longer than other shops we have gone to! Highly Recommended! FYI there is a group delivery pool service that delivers flowers for all florists in WNY...the flowers are created at the particular shop they are ordered from then brought to a central "delivery swap location warehouse" ....so if you live in west seneca or outside of the williamsville area ..one of the other area flower shops will be delivering you order...and vice versa...I guess this saves all the WNY florists with having to drive from Niagara Falls to Angola with daily deliveries and cuts down on delivery charges....so delivery issues are not always directly on this shop but the shop that is in your local zip code or "region".
