Giovanni Glass installed our glass backsplash at a cost over 5000$, 18 months later the glass began becoming unattached from the wall and seemed to be about to fall. It took them over a week to respond to our emails and phone calls only to say that they would charge another 400$ to come fix it because we didn’t have “a warranty.” 1. They never offered a warranty. 2. I shouldn’t need to buy a warranty for installation of glass on a wall. Either they do it right or they don’t. And clearly in this case they did not. 3. If we can’t rely on the work this company does to last longer than 18 months then why would we ever hire them again? I can’t afford to remodel my kitchen that often. Typical case of a shady New York City contractor.

We decided to get a new table top for our old table. Glass Table Tops was our choice. They showed us glass types within our price range. The technician came to measure to make sure the glass fit right.They were courteous, professional and neat. The table top looks great. Great Job!

I have an antique business and often use glass or mirror to update a piece of furniture. I have tried other businesses in town, but have found Giovani Glass and Mirror to be very fair on their pricing and prompt with their service. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.
