        Sales man kept appointment on time was very helpful service techs were on time as well and did a great job cleaned up when they were done and were respectful I have used this company before thats why I used them again

        They missed two appointment and then broke my mothers kitchen faucet while installing windows. They offered $187 which is far below the cost of the new kitchen faucet and plumber. They say they are at 99.6 approval rating. I guess my job was the .4%.

      We have been working very closely with this customer. We never want anything like this to happen but when it does we are always quick to rectify the situation in the best way we see fit. We offered this customer $187 for the faucet which is valued at less than $50. He accepted and deducted the $187 from the balance, and then decided to ask for $300 instead. We told him we unfortunately cannot go that high and our final offer was $187. We are very sorry this customer was not happy with this transaction, however, we think it was a fair agreement.
