Alliance Health - PCR, Rapid Antigen & Antibody Testing

Just did the RT-PCR test on 10/28 morning for our trip on 10/29 evening. Wonderful staff and place. Planning go to the Carecube before but too many negative reviews. Highly recommend this company to so the COVID-19 test for your next trip but remember make an appointment first.

As a new Dad in the COVID endemic, having a reliable, safe and fast facility like Alliance Health has been an amazing resource. The staff is incredibly efficient and friendly. We always register our appointments online, and just fill out basic information when we arrive. We’ve always had Rapid Test results in under 30 minutes and often have PCR results much sooner than expected. Nikita is the manager there and has done an amazing job creating a welcoming and reliable neighborhood resource for our family. Thank you to her and the staff! Highly recommend this facility.

NOT RELIABLE or TIMELY. lost my pcr test. Paid for a PCR test with results back in 32 hours two days ago for international travel. have not received results. web page after i login is blank. customer service is non responsive to calls or emails. my boyfriend had a test at the same time as me and received his results yesterday morning. we called the lab who processed his test and they have no record of me in their system. i just paid again to reschedule elsewhere. a greater fee for more rushed results and run the risk of having to rearrange travel. i’m posting this review because i can’t even get a through to anyone at alliance. * i can’t post my phone number on google maps but you have my name and can respond to the emails i have sent or use my phone number which would be on file. my test results were clearly lost. a refund would be nice. thanks :)

Staff was pleasant and efficient but it’s a small room with no easy way to socially distance from those coming in with Covid so might not be the best place to test your unvaccinated child.

Test result did not come back within 12-32 hours, as promised. We had to follow up with customer support to get our results. Completely disorganized and clueless. Would not recommend
