        Overall, staff was very polite and professional. They greet you with warm smiles ans address your concerns and questions with the utmost courtesy and patience. The facility is very clean and runs smoothly. However, during my last visit, the PA who saw us was a bit abrupt and impatient with my child when she initially came into the exam room. My child had a painful sore throat and it was difficult for her to speak. But the PA insisted that she speak. I saw the annoyed, frustrated look on my kid's face. I let the PA know that my child couldn't and wouldn't talk. PA soon changed her demeanor when she realized she was dealing with a "mama bear". I think she detected a certain tone in my voice. We were all ok by the end of our visit. The PA was nicer by that time. My issue is that people come to urgent care, or the ER becuase they're not feeling well. Therefore, ALL medical personnel need to "woosa it out" in private before attending to patients.
