So I came in for surgery. Surgery was great. The nurses and doctors amazing. Unfortunately I didn't receive my ice pack on the way out. But that's not the reason why I gave 3 stars. I'm giving 3 star because the nurse who registered me at the counter basically racial profiled a man based on what he looked like and assumed his religious background was Muslim I felt so offended. She had an attitude with me as well. Luckily by the time I made it to the bac ok all the nurses and doctors changed my point of view.

I have to give the entire staff at Downstate Bayridge a shoutout. Everyone from the maintenance on was extremely nice and supportive. It is very rare that you see that as a patient. I appreciate the nurses staying with me after the surgery after the facility closed until my mother arrived. I told them they could leave me on the bench but they refused. When my mom got off the bus she went to the wrong entrance and one of them went to get her. The uber came and they wheeled to me the car and made sure that I safely got in. For that I am truly grateful and happy. I was extremely nervous yesterday especially since I was alone the staff helped me ease my fears due to their calming and easy going demeanor.

Yesterday I had an operation on my left leg to remove bumps, the operation was done by Dr. Kevin Jules. The attitude is excellent, very attentive. I also want to note that his entire team, starting from the anesthesiologist and including the nurses, is very professional and friendly !!! I left the operation !!! I am in a great mood. I recommend everyone to undergo surgery only in this center, with this wonderful doctor and his medical staff. With great gratitude and respect!
