Worst travel experience ever! Poorly organized or should I say, disorganized, bus tour to Niagara Falls (american side), no itinerary provided and their website is apparently not working anymore. We didn't get to see Indian reservation or the Corning Museum of Glass (and of course, it was our fault!). The tour guide was arrogant. Overall a very unpleasant trip. I will NEVER AGAIN use this company.

I want to share our unnerving experience. About two years ago, we paid Tatyana Dykshteyn a hefty amount for a flight and tour to Europe. This trip was cancelled due to Covid flight restrictions. Attempts to get our money refunded started a saga of neverending phone calls--always with Tatyana saying, "I'll call you back" and never doing so. Or "call back tomorrow, next week" etc... Finally, after half a year, she refunded a SMALL amount of cash, with a promise that she will eventually return the full amount. When I suggested she refund the money in gradual installments over time, if it would be easier--she stated, "Don't worry, you will have the full amount soon." Again, the same story continued. Excuses and empty promises after each call. Again and again--"You'll receive your money soon." After nearly two years of testing our patience, it finally ruptured and we sued. Tatyana never showed to court and the judge ruled that she return the full amount. We haven't received a CENT! We continue to sue. But even at this point, who will return the spent nerves and sleepless nights worrying over this thievery!? We are not young people. We've read other comments here. Lev Melman and Yuri Tanski--may you have advice on how to get this crook to return our money?
