Great local place. Brought in a pair of tall brown leather riding boots. The heels were completely busted. He had to redo the entire sole of the shoes and offered to polish the leather too. It was $85, which was more than I wanted to pay, but the finished job was so wonderful. I was really impressed. Also they texted me when the shoes were ready. He said 2 weeks, but texted after 1 week.

I've gone to Bob's Shoe and Leather Service with shoes that were too painful to wear, shoes that needed new soles, a hand-me-down leather wallet that needed repair, and a jacket that was missing a button. The guys at Bob's helped me every time. (Hi, thank you!)
